What are the lifestyle opportunities in and around Hilo, Hawaii. Are there hiking clubs, biking trails, civic clubs, golf clubs, local arts and theater, lakes, streams, fishing, boating, camping or other types of lifestyle opportunities?

I moved here because of the wonderful diversity of the island. Black sand beaches, active volcanos, Papaya’s 8 for a dollar, crystal clear ocean where dolphins and whales play. So much to do here that one could live a lifetime and not see and do everything. If you have questions let me know. I am a nurse and real estate broker who loves to talk about our island.
